Sermon: Lord Save Me

Pastors’ word today sheds light on the contriteness, power and reverence that is reflected through the bible’s briefest, yet most powerful prayer.  On the walk, we are confronted with circumstances that try us. It is in these times of absolute despair that we cry out for His intercession.

We realize and acknowledge that we cannot change our circumstances through our own efforts.  We cease trying to do so via our own volition. These are the times that we are appropriately receptive to His intercession. We ought to recall the vulnerability, openness, sincerity of spirit that we have in those extreme times; this is how we should be at all times. We need to understand this when we pray: Lord, save me.

Powerful teaching.

Sermon: Generational Blessings

On this wonderful day celebrating a baptism along with our Mothers, Pastor teaches about the power of faith and how the testimony of faith blesses and honors the teacher (the Mothers), blesses the faithful; and blesses the generations of those to follow. Godly Mothers have a special and unique influence over the children.

We must be deliberate and genuine in demonstrating faith. We all know that when Mothers do, it boils over, permanently impacting the children and all of the others that may around. ..

”Her children arise up and call her blessed.”

Sermon: Today

Pastor teaches on the urgency of today. We all struggle with putting things off despite the Spirits utterance to move. We become “Tomorrow People”. Procrastination can still our actions -  and steal our blessings. Fear can paralyze.

Through our walk, The Holy Spirit lets us know that God is constantly speaking to us, calling us; reminding us of His will for our lives. It is when we find  ‘reason’ to hold off on our actions that we run the risk of our hearts becoming hardened and insensitive to God’s intercession in our lives. We need to be attuned to the Instructions making our moves not tomorrow; but Today. Now go!

Excellent message.
